We offer group mat pilates classes, up to a maximum of 8 people per class to ensure individual attention is delivered to all participants. Each session is one hour.

We also offer one-on-one equipment pilates sessions that utilize the Allegro Tower of Power. Each session is 45 minutes.

Pricing:

Group mat pilates are $15 per session.

Equipment pilates are $75 per session.
